The impacts of service affect more than the individual, they affect the entire family - particularly when a loved one is undergoing treatment. During the treatment phase, it is important for the family to be able to remain together and be provided support as a unit.
Soldier On and Concord Repatriation General Hospital is developing Australia's first world-class facility to provide integrated, holistic and cutting-edge specialist services for service personnel and their families. This facility will ensure that whilst the service person is undergoing their treatment, that their family will be with them, and also receiving support for themselves, to assist them in the healing journey.
Be a part of history and help Soldier On to build the Centre of Excellence by buying a Brick or providing the mortar. Every brick is important to ensuring that we have the facility which will save lives and save families.

For the Walls to be strong and straight we need plenty of mortar to hold the Bricks:
Your name will be included in a printed book to be presented at the opening of the Centre for Excellence.
$100 will buy one Foundation Brick.
You can elect to place your name on each brick you buy or name a brick in memory of someone else.
This name will be transferred to the facility wall once it is completed.
$1000 will buy you a Bronze Brick.
$3,000 will buy you a Silver Brick
$5,000 will buy you a Gold Brick
Your name will appear on each of these bricks which will be transferred to the facility once it is opened.

Soldier On, together with the Concord Repatriation Hospital will develop a Centre of Excellence that will provide a patient centric care model which enables individuals to receive treatment whilst having their families close by to support them.

The Centre will provide the capability to effectively support those suffering Traumatic Brain Injuries to access multidisciplinary specialists - the first of its kind in Australia.
Mental health conditions do not only affect the individual but the entire family. Providing a facility where there is proper treatment for the individual and support for the families will ensure longer term stability and wellness.
